2. Services

TaxFlowVision provides bespoke tax management strategies to optimize your obligations. All engagements for these services are subject to the terms set forth herein.

3. Information Products

Digital publications, training modules, and other informational materials are available for access upon clearance of applicable fees. Access details will be provided via electronic delivery.

4. Goods

Physical publications and related items are shipped to the address you provide, subject to inventory availability. Delivery times vary by location.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

If you cancel at least 7 calendar days before a scheduled service session, you are eligible for a full refund of any fees, refunded via the original payment route. Cancellations received fewer than 7 days before the session are not eligible for refund due to preparatory arrangements. However, you may request one complimentary rescheduling if notified at least 48 hours in advance.

5.2 Information Products

All digital materials are granted immediately upon completion of checkout. Due to the immediate nature of electronic delivery and licensing conditions, these sales are final and no refund will be issued.

5.3 Goods

If an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 days of receipt. Upon verification, we will either dispatch a replacement at no additional fee or issue a refund of the product fee. Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days of confirmation of the issue.
